The Gherkins

Gherkin is a small variety of pickled cucumbers. It is a small cucumber that has been marinated in brine, vingar or in acetic acid. It has many health benefits as it is rich in water, help with digestion and a source of vitamin B9.

So, India is in the number one in Gherkin production, as it has three harvest per year, not like other countries which have only one harvest.
